v1.8 Изменения:
* changed table sructure for sql table 'roles'
* added: import of faction and pvp information (read from GameDB & log files) to table 'roles'
* log files must be in /pw-server-path/logs/ !
* added: plugin to commit faction icons (for faction leaders) and download the iconlist (for server admin)
* added: java libraries for multipart/form-data support
